Every route named below is a real button in the app as shipped in version 1.1.0, so you can follow along on your own phone.
Email support@microcmd.com. TintTube is made by a small team, and mail is read by the people who wrote the code — there is no ticket queue and no script. Tell us your app version (it is at the bottom of Settings) and, if a board is the problem, the level number shown on the board. We reply within a few working days.
If the game is running badly on your device, Settings > Rate Us is not the fastest route to a fix. Email is.
Use the hint button — it is powered by the same solver that proved the board solvable before it shipped, so it will always name a real move rather than a guess. If the hint ever runs out of moves while the board is unfinished, that is a bug: send us the level number and we will fix it in the next content update.
Turn on Settings > Layer Patterns. Every liquid then carries its own shape as well as its colour, so a board can be read without relying on hue at all.
Settings > Left-Handed Controls moves the tool row to the left edge, which also puts undo under the thumb most players use.
Progress lives on the device unless Play Games is connected. Settings > Play Games Connected keeps one copy of your save in your Google account; sign in with the same account on the new phone and it carries over. A save that was never connected cannot be recovered, because it was never on a server.
You can do this yourself, immediately, without asking us:
