Last updated 2 October 2026. This policy covers the TintTube Android app
(package com.colorflowpuzzle.game) and this website. The same text is readable
inside the app under Settings > Privacy Policy, so the two cannot drift apart.
TintTube is built on a simple idea: a puzzle game has no business knowing who you are. There is no sign-up, no profile, no server of ours holding your data. This page spells out the short list of things that are nonetheless true — what the app stores, what its advertising and analytics partners see, and how to have it removed.
MICROCMD, an independent software developer based in India, publishes TintTube. For any question about this policy, write to support@microcmd.com and put "Privacy" in the subject line. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.
Your progress — the levels you have unlocked, stars, coins, gems, items you own, your streak and your settings — is written to storage on this device. We run no account system and no server of our own, so none of it reaches us unless you put it there yourself.
We collect anonymous app usage events through Firebase Analytics: for example that a level was finished, an advert was shown, or a store item was bought, together with the app version and the device model. There is no name in it, no contact detail, no message content and no location. We read those numbers in aggregate to decide what to fix next.
The free version shows adverts served by Google AdMob. AdMob uses the device's advertising identifier to choose and measure adverts, and may use it to personalise adverts across other apps. Purchasing ad removal inside TintTube stops every advert we serve.
Google and its partners may serve adverts based on data collected about you through other apps or sites you have used. You can control this in your device's advertising settings, or by visiting Google Ads Settings. Google's own rules for advertising are described in the Google Privacy & Terms page, and details of how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services are published there.
Where you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, adverts are only requested after the Google User Messaging Platform has shown its consent dialog, including the "Ads on the go" choice for nearby-location adverts. Declining consent does not stop the game from working; it means unpersonalised adverts, or none, are requested.
Play Games is optional and off until you connect it from Settings. If you do, we read your player display name and avatar so the leaderboard can show you, we store your achievements and highest level there, and we keep one copy of your save so you can carry it to another phone. Disconnecting, or deleting your Play Games data, removes all of it.
Payments are taken by Google Play. The game never sees or stores your card number, and your receipt stays with the store.
Camera, microphone, contacts, messages, files and location. The app requests none of those permissions, and the game is fully playable with no permission granted at all.
This game is not directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from them, and the adverts shown here are not configured for a child-directed audience.
Settings > Delete my progress wipes every level, star, balance, owned item, streak and preference on this device immediately, and overwrites the copy kept in Google Play Games if you are connected. Anything held by AdMob or Firebase sits under those companies' own controls, which are linked above; uninstalling the app removes the rest. Purchases you paid for are kept — a licence you bought is yours, not progress we can take back. To request deletion of anything we hold off-device, mail us from the address on this page.
These pages are static files. They set no cookies of their own, contain no forms, and run no analytics or tracking script. Clicking a mail link opens your own mail client; we learn nothing about you from the visit.
If this policy changes, the new text ships with the next update of the game and the date at the top of this page moves with it. A change that narrows what you can expect from us is announced in the app's release notes as well.
If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you may contact the data protection authority in your country. In India, grievances are addressed to the same support email above.
